Well, like Tiffin, it’s always time for posting
Those of you reading this and don’t know what Tiffin, ask your parents, and if you’re a parent, your parents might know. If that fails, google it! Also, theres a reference to it in the Carry-On flim thats set in India.
Anyway, It’s January (well duh). and at A Level, it mean only one thing, January Exams! Dun dun duuuh! Rather stressful as you’ve had the christmas break to forget the whole bally lot! Well, I didn’t know half this stuff when it was taught, but the half i do know has gone out of my head, replaced with tinsel, mince pies, and cheesey songs. Having said that, the Chemistry mock on the first day back, which i forgot utterly and completely about, from the top-of-head knowledge i got a D which is alright (especially when loking at other peoples marks) I’m not resting on my laurels however, they’re uncomforatable!
I’m not too worried, I never am really, perhaps thats not a good thing. Or perhaps it is, keeps me calm, cool, not panicky. Plus i’m already resigned to the fact that i’m not going to do well. I’m clever, but perhaps not this clever. I coasted through GCSEs and came out with 8 B’s a C and a D. And thats wth very little revision. Well, we’ll see. the next post will most liekly be after i’ve finished my exams. I’ll let ye know how i thought it went.
I’ve got my first driving lesson in a while tomorrow. I’ve driven the Honda (Dads car) a fair amount, as practice an stuff. It’ll be interesting to see how I handle the Vauxhall tomorrow after the silly hydraulic clutch on the Honda. Speaking of driving, my instructor is leaving BSM (for what reason I don’t know) so i’ll be getting a new instructor. ooooh
